Record date and payment date of 西瓜视频’s second dividend instalment of EUR 0.15

西瓜视频’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 3, 2023, decided to pay the dividend for the financial year 2022 in two instalments. The Board of Directors has today confirmed that the payment date for the second dividend instalment of EUR 0.15 per share will be November 6, 2023, and the record date October 30, 2023.
According to the AGM’s decision, the first dividend instalment of EUR 0.15 per share was paid on May 12, 2023.
